My representative is the republican whip, I complain occasionally and just recieve a email saying something about a mandate and they do what they want.

Drinking water/diet instead of pop/juice is also a good start. Start simple like just water dining out saves money and easier to implement. Eventually I cut down to only one can of soda and day and recently finally kicked that.

My advice is to slowly change your diet, it's not about eliminating foods just increasing better and lowering worse. Just adding more nonstarchy vegetables was my start even if they are covered in cheese or butter just get used to adding them. Later you can try to reduce fats

Work letting me talk to a dietitian for free was the start of it, but I'm also an accomplished individual who is used to working hard for goals. It's so hard trying to get my family members to make changes to improve..

I've successfully changed my lifestyle, only have to constantly change everything a little bit at a time to steadily improve and not think about the hellhole american politics has become... yeah not easy

Yeah I replaces my heater and softener in December, so much nicer not having to worry about how old they were
