The US Olympic Trials for the Sydney 2000 Olympics were at Eau Gallie Yacht Club a few miles S of CB. Earned the 3rd place trophy. Lanee Butler came 1st.

Which beaches up there get the best waves? No good waves in Florida, but whenever a storm came by Ft. Lauderdale, my Bear longboard (purchased in Sydney! : )) was pretty fun. It has seen better days, but I still love it.
