That muscat is astonishing, Jack. Is it's flavour profile as good as its looks?

As for the Hungarian Blues, do they differ much from their blue cousins? I'm familiar with the Crown Prince. It's both dense and delicious!

I have to agree, Jack.

Sometime pescatarian and randomly carnivorous, I LOVE vegetarian food. When I eat out, I don't want meat-mimicry but honest cookery that allows good ingredients to sing. 'Oak' in Bath is a standout example. Vegan/vegetarian/organic with creative, delicious plates.
