Ilia gains a lot of scars during Inquisition. Her body changes a lot - getting hard and muscular while she's training every day and softer when she semi-retires. Around Trespasser, when the anchor is killing her, she starts looking thin, almost gaunt, because the pain makes it too hard to eat. 👇

The first time Ilia has to kill anything is when she wakes up after the Conclave and has to fight the demons with Cassandra. She had never done anything but spar before that, and she is woefully unprepared for how hard it will hit her when she has to start killing people.
