Considering the power imbalance between the un-aliver & his victim, and the magnitude of UCHs calous disregard of life, I think the charge should be reduced to afluenza and Luigi should get anger mgt & community svc.

Thinking about just how awesome reality is compared to how our brain maps what we perceive around us. The 10^23 pixel resolution, where every element is unique in a quantum state. We perceive just a fraction of the electromagnetic spectrum and believe ourselves to have understood our environment.
