Exactly. While government may not always live up to our expectations we are better off with organizations whose default is "protect the public" rather than those whose default is "protect the profit"

I have been on an AI journey - learning everything I can about it. Embracing the beast so to speak. I find that I have fewer concerns about AI itself, rather more about the degraded ethics of our society and leaders. We need strong controls and oversight!
