Canada pillages less developed nations for doctors because Canada has a retention problem. Many move to the US because of the money. Rarely have I ever had a Canadian doctor over my lifetimes. Don't get me wrong the foreign trained doctors have all been amazing, but we keep pillaging as 1st option.
