Why do fitness classes/healthy eating have to be about goals, weight loss etc? Why can’t I just want to go kickboxing (example) because it’s fun? Do I have to be “proud of myself”? Why do the instructors make it seem like it’s work and something to loathe and congratulate you? Seems so backwards

I love my country, 🇺🇸, enough to not decry a foreigner speaking truth about her—any more than I would laud a fellow American speaking falsehoods about her.

This is a speech worth watching, and is probably infinitely kinder than Trump deserves. I am ashamed at how he is treating Canada.
