I'd like to apologize for making this so long. 🙇

...to condense a lot into a little yet. But I'll get there.
So if you enjoy a good book with a message that's deep, please give Unordinary a read.
Sorry for making you read my poorly written rant.
Have a good day. 🐜🐜

It isn't actually done though 😅. The author had to pause to recharge and plan the last season of the serialization. To anyone who got here, I apologize for the poor writing. My thoughts might seem cut off at some places because there's a lot I wanted to say but didn't. I don't have the ability...

That's how they killed all the high tiers who became super heroes. Anyways, I really love the book and how deep the message felt to me. Not everyone will see it that way. It make seem basic to some, poorly written to others. But to me it truly is one of the best books I've read.

While the power of the mc was aura. So the mc is 7, this increases when he copies and amplifies a total of four powers at a time. His mom is a 9. Turns out that the government blackmailed her and hid her so they could research and use her powers to keep everyone in check.
March 29, 2025 at 12:00 PM
It's cliche now but this was written around 2016 or so. Oh yeah, so the best friend had her power disabled by the secret society clash terrorist group so she had to make a deal with them to get her powers back to able to fight and knock some sense into the mc. Her power was time manipulation.
March 29, 2025 at 12:00 PM
Well Uru chan also couldn't continue because she found it hard to write that portion of the story. I believe a book that can make me that invested in it is a truly good book. Anyway his best friend goes the extra mile to help me even after he pushes her away. Yes the best friend was a girl.😂😂
March 29, 2025 at 12:00 PM
...to be shunned because he isn't a good person. It really broke my heart to see him like that. I also found out that I'm a sucker for broken characters. It became hard to read for me. That's how good the book is for me. It's very well written which was a surprise for me.
March 29, 2025 at 12:00 PM
And starts using his powers again. He reverts back to his old angry self and lashes out at everyone because to him everyone including himself do not deserve their power. His ideal self is the hero of Unordinary who uses his power for everyone but he refuses to change because he thinks he deserves...
March 29, 2025 at 12:00 PM
Mainly because of the mc and how much I wanted him to redeem himself. Because of the classes he became disillusioned with his powers and society as a whole. So he chose to never use his powers this causing him to be treated as a cripple. He eventually breaks because of another high tier.
March 29, 2025 at 12:00 PM
It was basically his own way of encouraging his son. It's funny that such a book became banned because it didn't just encourage his son, it encouraged all high tiers and all who read it broke free of their indoctrination. There's a lot I've said and a lot I haven't said. I fell in love with the book

They go to readjustment classes. So all high tiers are "crippled" from childhood to think and act a certain way. Late bloomers don't get that education. So they are practically broken down so they never rampage again. So his dad wrote Unordinary because his son was traumatized by the classes.
March 29, 2025 at 12:00 PM
Now all this is because when he got his powers, he went on a rampage, beating up all those who bullied him and taking revenge but he took it a step further and let the power go to his head. So what happens to a high tier that doesn't fit in society. Who uses his powers anyhow.
March 29, 2025 at 12:00 PM
The mc was a late bloomer meaning he awoke his powers late. So for the first part of his life he was practically a cripple. He was bullied and all that stuff. Meaning he went through that underdog shit twice.
March 29, 2025 at 12:00 PM
It's funny because, the mc isn't actually a cripple, he has powers and is actually a high tiers bordering on God tier because Mc duh. He has the power to copy any power and amplify it. So far as it's a visible ability. So he can't copy time manipulation or precognition. His dad is a cripple though.
March 29, 2025 at 12:00 PM
There is a secret society that developed a medicine to permanently disable powers specifically high tiers. Well there was misuse so they became practically a terrorist organization. The funny thing is the book was written by the MC's dad because of his son. 😂😂😂
March 29, 2025 at 12:00 PM
So here comes this book that causes high tiers, people with powers that destroy buildings and stuff to use their powers to help others. Naturally this causes chaos in a sense. So the government decides to be extreme in order to maintain the status quo.
March 29, 2025 at 12:00 PM
can stop time from misusing their powers. But what about the low tiers, what about those at the bottom which in the story constituted I'd say 50% of the society. Best case was the high tiers ignored them. Worst case was an elite tiers can practically rule over them and no one would help them.
March 29, 2025 at 12:00 PM
In one family, it was you always have to be perfect, nothing else, in another family it was everyone has a place in the hierarchy so be there and act like it. So this prevents the high tiers from rampaging with their powers. Now this isn't wrong because how else are we going to prevent someone who..
March 29, 2025 at 12:00 PM
Then use their powers to push society forward. How though?? My guess is indoctrination. From the great grandparents to the grandparents to the parents to the children downwards. Each family has their own quirks but generally it's something that causes them to focus on themselves.
March 29, 2025 at 12:00 PM
all the high tiers were not rampaging or misusing their powers. They were actual functioning members of society. They could anything they wanted with their powers but they didn't. Mind you I'm talking about time manipulation, space and those stuff. The high tiers train themselves.
March 29, 2025 at 12:00 PM
They saw how their society was more or less crippled and Unordinary challenged those with powers to actually use their power for the good of everyone. There are many nuances to the story.
The government actually killed all the high tiers who decided to change society. You should understand that
March 29, 2025 at 12:00 PM
What I'm really interested in is the society at large. It's actually dysfunctional. Low tiers are grouped together and are practically invisible to everyone else. It's not even conscious. That's just how the world works. Unordinary was banned because it opened the eyes of those who read it.
March 29, 2025 at 12:00 PM
For good. So these high tiers become vigilantes or super heroes. So the book was banned. But the protag has a copy of the banned book and he gives it to his best friend who reads it. Well the best friend gets suspended for reading the book obviously.
Now all of this was just to create a background.
March 29, 2025 at 12:00 PM
Now back to the book that I was talking about. It's also called Unordinary duh. It's about a guy with powers in a world where no else has powers and he uses his powers for the good of everyone. So this book is banned in the society because apparently it radicallizes high tiers to use their powers.
