I do not like musicals. I read this movie was crap. I didn't see it. But recently, I saw a reel on the internets that claimed Todd Phillips hated that the INCELs and Joe Rogen people took the first movie to heart. He was so pissed he made the second a dog pile to piss them off.

The Constitution doesn't give the president power over tariffs. That belongs to Congress. They gave the president emergency powers to use tariffs for national security reasons.
