Today, all the survivors I work with & I welcome this powerful new support in Parliament.

We look forward to working alongside the APPG to fully expose #Harrods and all those enablers who mistakenly still think they have gotten away with their complicity.

Mohamed Al Fayed was a sexual predator. We’ll make sure survivors are heard
The former Harrods owner died before he could face justice. But his enablers still have questions to answer – and MPs will make sure they do

Watching various news outlets slamming the BBC with "marks its own homework" & "the buck stops at the top" etc.

Phrases that also fit #Harrods perfectly.

Unlike invisible Harrods MD Michael Ward though, Tim Davie at least had the sheer good grace to do the honourable thing & stand down.
November 9, 2025 at 10:38 PM
Slightly mixed feelings on this, but I guess some respect is due to Tim Davie for standing down as BBC Director General.

But I'm not sure Deborah Turness was the right person to leave in a secondary capacity - there are people far more deserving of going, I'd have said.

Congrats to Sir Alan & immense respect for standing so strong against the immense pressure to accept paltry sums previously.

Complicit #Harrods should take note: our hundreds of incredible survivors - many whose lives & careers were destroyed - will also not accept pathetic sums on 'your' terms.

Again, these figures don't relate to the HUNDREDS of other survivors represented elsewhere who simply won't touch Harrods own *insulting* in-house scheme & pay lawyers they chose.

If they think they're in the red now, they're in for a BIG shock.

1/3 Very important to note that the figures quoted in the @financialtimes.com article relate ONLY to Harrods own *appalling* in-house settlement scheme - & paying the lawyers 'they' appointed.

Not the HUNDREDS of other survivors represented elsewhere who won't touch it.

Whilst hugely positive that SO many survivors now feel strong & SAFE enough to report their accounts to the police...

It is also GLORIOUS to know just how MANY enablers MUST realise they have been NAMED multiple times & that 'knock on the door' is COMING!

I support and encourage all survivors to report their circumstances to the Police.

If we want arrests - then the Police do need to know.

How kind of Qatar to gift a Boeing 747 Jumbo Jet to Donald Trump.

But perhaps the $400 MILLION donation could have been far better served going some way towards restitution for hundreds of survivors of the abuse suffered at Harrods, which Qatar owns.

Kelly Walker-Duncalf has been succesful in delaying her infamy.

But it is inevitable.

An army of survivors united and who hold her firmly responsible for their abuse will ensure that.

Along with broadcasting the continued horror stories I hear regarding her actions.

This 5 star review for 'Delivered To A Predator: Fayed's Fixer' from @theguardian.com means a great deal.

It was colossally brave of the survivors - plus 1 exceptionally honourable & decent man - who decided the time for fear was OVER.

Today has been a LONG time coming for this deplorable woman & her unconscionably heinous actions to finally be exposed.

The bravery of the incredible survivors & 1 heroic man is beyond words to now ensure the world knows who she REALLY is.

She is the first named - but not the last.

Like so many of these stories, what disgusts me most about the Al-Fayed case is how many people knew and how many people facilitated him, but then, Piers Morgan describes rape as being “a bit of a rascal” & I think he represents many of his apologists and concealers

I reiterate my respect for Tom Bower & his sterling early efforts in trying to expose Fayed.

And particularly for his no-holds-barred approach to calling a spade a spade.

What’s particularly sweet about this programme is that Harrods - with astonishing arrogance - swatted away any suggestion that my investigation and the exposing of Fayed’s abuse, as well as the system in place Harrods had to enable him, would result in any negative publicity….
February 2, 2025 at 9:23 PM
Ok. Let's say I give Keir Starmer the benefit of the doubt and the #AlFayed case "never crossed" his desk.

If so and he never ever came across it then fair enough....

....But if that was the case, it then leaves the reasonable question of HOW the hell did it NOT cross his desk??!

Watching #CelebsWeCancelled on Channel 5. #Fayed / Harrods coming up, but regarding the Strictly scandal then for what it’s worth I 100% believed Amanda Abbington & did look into the allegations myself. I heard from a number of others also affected. And not just by the 2 named.

So much for:

"Channel 5 have agreed to remove a tribute to disgraced Mohamed Fayed after being slammed as utterly tone deaf for repeating it." @mirror.co.uk

&

"After being contacted by @dailymail.co.uk C5 pulled the programme from My5 and said it would never be shown again."
