My favorite was more of a reaction than a comment. My boyfriend sees Jack as me despite me trying to not make Jack a self insert. So when I knocked Jack off a cliff, he audibly gasped cuz he said it was like seeing me get hurt. I take that strong of a reaction as a good thing though.

Clay and Jack need to do a lot of physical activity but Jack loves horse back riding and Clay enjoys a good run. When Clay has control of his coyote form, he specifically loves how freeing running as a coyote is. The two also love dancing together, but that needs to stay a private thing for a while.

I can't control them. They have a mind of there own. But seriously, I have had to change plot points. Jack was supposed to kill a genuinely bad guy abut he refused to do it. Jack just doesn't kill and I had to deal with that.

You don't need to feel guilty for being different. I'm dyslexic so I hate the writing proses. I love my stories and characters but the writing part sucks. Don't worry what others are doing, just focus on what you want to and can do. You're as valid as anyone else.

The cryptid society is different from the rest of my setting with this. The old west is of course shitty, but the cryptids highly value there woman and gender queer people. Some are from times and places where trans and NB people where very important religious figures. They still believe that magic.

Clay and Jack are both trans so those are there chosen names. Clay also gets called Coyote, which is his bounty hunter nick name. He doesn't bother telling most people to stop but he prefers Clay. Coyote was placed on him but Clay was his choice.

Jack pays very close attention to his magical limits. He will not use more magic than he can afford. The problem is, he pushes himself with everything else. He'll still using his magic when tired but he'll still try to keep working after.

Clay is aware of his limits but can be hit or miss on paying attention to them. He can easily lose his temper and get into a fight he knows he can't win. When he's able to control his anger, he's very good at not getting in a situation he can't get back out of.
