Yeah pretty much every medicine I’ve tried has had a component of that for me, but it’s also connected to stuff like how well I slept, when I’ve eaten, exercise, etc. so it’s hard to fully predict

The single best thing we taught our toddler has been “take a deep breath” and then seeing a tiny kid take a deep breath then better communicate needs or wants is ridiculously cute

I don’t really ever drink hot tea at all anymore but I still have an electric kettle for other times I need boiling water. My stove is already electric but not induction, so it just does it more efficiently (read: faster) than getting it up to a boil in a pot.

I worked thru HS as a lifeguard at a city pool. The men’s restroom was more likely to be dirtier day to day, but everything is designed to get wet and there was nothing disinfectant spray and a hose couldn’t solve. But when the women’s bathroom was bad? It was horrors beyond what that combo solves…

I think you deserve a break
