I played Aliens UK for hours one rainy Sunday afternoon, determined to kill 158 aliens at the start because there were only 158 colonists on LV426 and I thought I could cheese the game; nope, infinitesimally more aliens.
Managed to complete it though. It's a great game once you get into it.

Kind of looks like the reverse of the Isle of the Dead paintings.

In Glasgow back in the day a fight was often referred to as a "stooshie", probably the same origins. Not heard it in a long time though.
A stooshie could also be a the result of working oneself up into a fankle.
