Those stitches were NOT from this incident/murder.

The stitches were from a prior traumatizing incident where the gunman broke someone's back vehicle window in order to gain access, and when the driver took off, the agent held on & was injured while being "dragged" by the car.

Here's the ICE agent "defending himself" by shooting into the driver's side window of a car that's pulling *away* from him.

WHEN APPROPRIATE (not today's situation in Minneapolis), why aren't these officers trained to shoot a vehicle's TIRES instead of the face of a driver???
