They are absolutely right. If all the other jobs paid £2.50 per hour I'm sure min wage caring jobs would be filled in minutes. Trouble is most people only do such rolls if there is nothing else or the pay is much more.

Absolutely right. They will demand no country of origin info so you won't know. And for millions if its cheap they won't care. I do so supermarkets will lose my business unless I can be sure it's UK or EU sourced. Otherwise its buy less from my local farm shop who can guarantee provenance.

Better the "Radical Left" impeach Trump than the current chaos continue as it's affecting the whole world. If he were just screwing the USA I wouldn't give a stuff.

I'm now even more p155ed off we are out of the EU, even though it was far from perfect, It was obvious, at least to me, that being a small country in a world of the USA, China and even the USSR, ooops I mean Wussia won't be a good place to be.

Salary sacrifice seems a big con, I didn't get to contribute to my pension via salary sacrifice and I can't pay my mortgage out of my pretax income.

Decrease NI but increase tax by a fraction less so everyone who pays NI is better off. It also means non NI'able income, dividends, pensions investments etc will pay abit more

Tell me I'm wrong please. Student Loan for Post Grad deductions = 43%. 20% tax, 8% NI, 9% Student loan & 6% post grad loan. And Post Grad payments start at £21k. RR keeps Triple lock for oldies and canes the young who could drive economic growth. BTW I've not got a Student Loan but Triple Lock soon

I do low mileage so don't mind higher fuel duty But I object to unfairness of VED. My small 2005 1.4 petrol hatch pays £345 due to its emissions. But a neighbours 2018 Ford Mustang 5.0 V8 pays £195 despite having emissions 3X my car because it is newer so pays the post 2017 flat rate simply unjust

Got the impression you were going to stop your licence fee, which if everyone did would be the end of a publicly funded BBC. Sure the news coverage is abit duff these days to much Farade but if it's defunded and sold it will end up like Fox News owned by a billionaire like Musk.

If you are a freemarketeer you are quite happy with that. Why house people in decent high quality LA housing when you can stuff people in V V expensive temp accommodation sourced from the private sector. Just think of all of those juicy profits. The people, well they're just collateral damage

Stupid. I voted Labour to change things like this. 2 teachers. 1 NQE already looking at leaving as if he does job properly he has so little free time & wages. Applying for non school admin jobs. 2nd was senior teacher & retired 10yrs early coz fed up with lack of resources & eroding pay over time.
