Let us not forget that the reason we gather is founded on collective Union sacrifice under President Abraham Lincoln for the greater good of democracy.

In the midst of the economic malfeasance from the @whitehouse-47.bsky.social and damage inflicted by the Speaker Johnson-led/Rep. Chris Smith-supported Government Shutdown, the new Sherrill administration must be ready to move urgently and swiftly to deliver actionable and tangible relief.

Along with statewide @njassemblydems.bsky.social gains made down ballot, it is clear the people of NJ decisively voted for an agenda of truth and accountability, affordability and reducing costs from the kitchen table to the energy grid, and the protection of our public education system.
