Salty/slushy 2 mile walk with Mr. Quinn today… Since it was in the mid teens, he’s wearing his winter weather gear. He wasn’t too sure of it at first, but followed through like a trooper.

Today’s bird will be air fried with a tasty IPA can placed in the cavity.It’s injected with creole style butter with Cajun seasoning.
Tomorrow’s spatchcock turkey will be smoked with apple and pecan chips. Garlic oil, herbs du Provence, sage and creole spice for a kick in the backside.
