I have found that most chicken paprika recipes are disappointingly lacking in spice. The last time I made one, I wound up slamming in what felt like half a canister of Hungarian paprika, and my Slavic ancestors were *still* unsatisfied.

The goal is never to have no rules, no standards, no structure. The goal is to have rules and standards and structure that serve your students' needs, your needs, and the needs of the material—rules and standards and structure that facilitate teaching and learning rather than gatekeeping.
