They don’t care if it’s called ICE or DHS. They will use it to do whatever they want.

I like this approach, but many people are unwilling to sacrifice. If we all stop paying federal withholding from our paychecks, they’ll notice. Update your w4 to exempt until we have a representative democracy again.
