Calling in 4000 National Guard + deploying 700 Marines is pure theatrics and escalation. The fact that each was called in the day following demonstrations that local officials noted as being quieter + more subdued is a clear attempt by Trump’s administration to intentionally escalate the situation.

This is why it’s an act of class warfare: to keep the people uninformed and in the dark, while paving the way for billionaire-owned and -backed industries to continue destroying the environment and our futures, while raking in profits.

Removing information on climate change doesn’t remove climate change itself. It doesn’t reverse the catastrophic processes caused by un-regulated or poorly-regulated industries fueled by corporate + billionaire-class greed.
