If you have Benadryl its got the same kind of antihistamine that's the main sleep ingredient.

Sdo was sick over the weekend, I don't think I picked it up... need a couple more days to be sure. Just fever on Saturday and lots of gunk to cough for him. Stuff's definitely going around.
