Retired software thingy. An explorer without an obsession, so I’m an inch deep, but a mile wide. And a voice to match.

No Republican is fit to hold public office.

An unexpected benefit of working on my French the last few years is that I could read the Treaty of Versailles, which ended WWI, in the original French, when I got to this exhibit in the Auschwitz exhibition in Cincinnati last week. Ici, la question de Pologne.

And of course, big finish, the classic Christmas movie, Die Hard.
I love the walkie-talkies and Zippo lighters in the knitting of the cover of the 30th Anniversary DVD.

Just getting into the Christmas mood with some Christmas films.

Kinda love the stats in Libby app for books I have on hold. Get to see how far I’ve moved up the wait line, can extrapolate how fast people read the book from number of copies, number of folks waiting, and when I placed the hold.

So good to see the homemade version is not a lost art. Thought I was alone. Laid mid up, end of Sept, for Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Haven’t I read a variation of this statement recently, about the European civilization being corrupted by immigrants?
