At the time the symptoms of my chronic disabilities overlap and make it so that I can barely do the self-care that I need to try and achieve living. Every time I apply for an aid, I am denied. They say I don't have medicaid, but I do. No energy to fight and appeal with idiopathic hypersomnia.

This happens because we are at the mercy of those around us... Many with moderate to severe cases are unable to fully care for ourselves. We get to a point and hit a wall with our energy reserves. We deal with brain fog, memory and exhaustion. We lack processes that many just take for granted.

You are not alone in feeling stuck. I've had the same as my physical disability has worsened. I'm barely able to do the things I once did and have acquired new problems along the way. It sucks at times for sure.
