AlthoughI do think VAERS has value. But not to the layperson. Professional doctors, advanced in their respective fields, and professional statisticians are needed to interpret that mountain of data.

My MAGA father has spent many thousands on "medicines" he learned about on RW media. Ask him what any of them are, what any of them do, and he has no idea.

The thing is, I see something I love, decide whom I’m buying it for… and from that moment right up until I start wrapping gifts, an argument ensues in my brain about whether giving it to that person is really the best move.

It’s really weird. Why are Rs so desperately power hungry? Not to advance their ideals (small government, promoting democracy, fiscal responsibility, etc), which they threw out the window long ago.
