When my feelings are too big AND my body isn't feeling well, adding a restrictive bra or clothes that I can't imagine wearing for 36hrs straight is not helpful. Comfy, cozy, feel like myself clothes. This is not a day for cute, trim, impress people clothes.

Ideas for coping since I don't think sharing my first two lists will be all that helpful:
1) coloring/drawing/painting. When my feelings are too big, art really helps.
2) ginger ale, saltines, clean fresh water cup. When my body is not feeling well, these help.
3) comfy clothes I like.
