I actually think that you did a good job with it. In the part where you added editing comments, you pointed out that countering AI is like chemotherapy. Sometimes, real people are going to sound like AI and that’s not their fault, but it’s also not your fault for saying that they appear to be AI.

I use Linux on my home laptop mostly because if I don’t like the way something works I can configure it to work the way I want. I understand that most people just want a system that works “well enough” without needing to understand how to configure dotfiles and things like that, though

I’m just glad you’re here, I really like your videos on youtube 🙂

It’s not a matter of rolling over. A sitting president is insulated from almost all legal recourse while they’re the president. The best course forward now is to direct all the anger that we’re all feeling now at electing a congress that will hold him and his cabinet accountable in two years.

I doubt republicans will touch the 2nd amendment. They’ll try their hardest to scrap the 1st, though

FWIW, I agree with you. Once he’s in office, he’ll be insulated from any kind of legal action. The only thing we can really do now is try to get a blue congress elected in 2 years and use the constitution and its amendments to bring him to justice. I have no respect for the orange clown, though.

I have those as well, for now I’m leaving them. I went through and didn’t see anything that I disagreed with. There are some pretty terrible ones in maga cochroaches if I remember right

That was the only list that I’d subscribed to from that account. I went through it and agreed with blocking everyone on that particular list. I might make my own list out of it, though. I did see the anti-progressive list, but wasn’t subscribed to it

According to our ceo, we have enough runway to last 4 years, so I’m hopeful. But, I remember what happened to the solar industry the last time he was in office

Mostly hoping that my company doesn’t go under. I work for a solar energy startup 😕

I agree that he’s terrible, but don’t think that the majority of voters actually pay much attention to what’s happening politically, and they have a short attention span.

I don’t think that she was a bad candidate. I just don’t think that it was the right messaging for this election, which is entirely hindsight. For instance, a lot of anger about the rising cost of living was not directly addressed by the campaign and PACs. They focused on how bad Trump was instead.

I was going to say that I hadn’t seen anyone complaining about it, but then I realized that I probably have them blocked 🤣

I think a lot of the less extreme Republicans are still scared of Trump supporting a MAGA candidate in their next primary. Then the MAGA candidates are supporting anything he does hoping that they get a nomination too.
