um no not just the swing states its the midterms a bunch of reps are up for election across the country elections have to happen or the reps can't enter the building this country is not built for a autocrat its simply too big you can't control a country this size with 350 million people

states own the ballots if we don't have elections the reps can't enter the capitol its like executive orders despite what trump signs it doesn't make it law its all about fear people! if trump trys something the governors will be prepared

yes because putin controls the elections trump does not big difference if we don't have elections there will be empty seats the founders set it up that way on purpose the reason trump thinks this is because zelensky told him they can't have elections under martial law

all this is is fear mongering people! if there are no elections seats will become empty gotta be careful there are a lot of bots on twitter to try to diswade people from voting gia prisim a physic has said he will try but he can't its all about causing fear in people

umm do you realise if we didn't have elections the congress people that are up for election wouldn't be allowed on the house floor they would lose access to their status as members its all about demoralizing people

now its in the constitution because woman fought for it we didn't have a civil war for looks you know 😠woman didn't have any rights before we couldn't even own a property and fought against poll taxes we've fought years of oppression the civil war killed 2% of our population

actually they have, where do you think all our rights came from originally we weren't supposed to be a democracy the founders feared democracy because it leads to mob rule like were experiencing the us is a experiment because its constantly growing becoming better before woman couldn't vote

if he thinks by cancelling elections that it would keep republicans in power hes dead wrong their term ends on a certain date no matter if we have elections or not it would leave a consiutional power vaccum the seats would be empty the constitution functions as a clock once their term is up

there was british soilders occupying the colonys in fact what started the american revolution was started by the boston massacre 5 colonists were killed and it made the citizens mad and they began to revolt

we've only had 2 or 3 general strikes in our entire history and they were very small we've never had a national general strike Parkrose Permaculture is a youtuber and she explains the issues why doing it in the united states is very unlikely she explains resistance is going to look different here

respectfully a general strike may be easy in poland its not easy in the united states Europe has social safety nets we have none here there is a reason they are so rare here not because we don't want to do them places like france can do them because its a smaller country

I've been to protests and there wasn't really media coverage so likely the world wouldn't know about it a lot of acts of resistance is going unseen by the world

texas alone is a bit bigger than france, protesting in the United States is going to look different I doubt many countrys have had to protest in 9.83 million square kilometers in land size and there are protests happening that aren't being covered by the media

there has never been a nationwide general strike and when people say millions should march to the whitehouse I'm like we can't all march to the white house there would'nt be enough room we have to protest which ever state you live in you can general strike in france because its a smaller country

except the us is not these other countrys we are much bigger land size and when people say general strike do people realize how rare a general strike is in the united states we've only had two or three in our entire history and they were more union based much smaller
