Some "targeted individuals" would probably assume that this means implanted chips in people. One guy posting on X (@mindnexus) will wave a cheap RF meter over your head to find it, $500 per scan plus more for followup studies.

I discussed this on x. N=1 study, unblinded. Used an *inactive* phone, no controls,claimed an effect that is related to low blood flow in a deep vein. They could at least have used a phone that was powered down and a blinded study design.
