The whole premise of the town coming together to support Mr. Holland at the end of the movie, but they can't come together and save the arts program from budget cuts. I mean, budget cuts. What can we do about it? Eh, whatever. Let's just put on a concert to make us feel better.

The shorter clip of the video I've seen really looks like AI, but the longer one does not. I was convinced it was AI until I saw the full clip. The shorter one has super 'uncanny valley' vibes.
