That's sad. My company reiterated our DEI policy.
I was the flotilla and division Diversity Officer in the US Coast Guard Aux until *he* fired the female Commendant and forced the removal of all DEI from all government. My role was eliminated, resigning. He eliminated Sexual Harassment training.
