We were gone for almost two weeks on vacation. I think Cairo thought we had died. He looks at me like I'm a ghost, and he went to my son's room after I fed him this morning. He usually sits with me on the couch.

For old time's sake, I just watched the Experiment in Terra episode of the original Battlestar Galactica. Was startled to hear John DeLance's unmistakable voice from one of the Terran guards. LOL

The starship on the front cover is the Ioudas, and the starship on the back cover of the paperback is the Elpida. This will make more sense when you read the novel. Both ships are models I built and photographed for the cover.

Fun fact. The gas giant planet depicted on the cover of my novel Betweos has a strange cat's eye look to it. That's because Betweos orbits two stars in a figure-eight path, and it's lit by both a red star and a white star.

He's not taking Greenland to protect it from Russia. He's taking Greenland for Russia. Don't be a dumb-ass American. Russia wants us out of NATO so they can take back their former Eastern Bloc nations. Russia can't do that with the US in NATO.
