I had the honor of laying wreaths in Berryville as part of Wreaths Across America. As I look back on my service in the Army, I am thankful for the courage, strength, and pride that makes our armed forces so remarkable. This year, 85 veterans were honored with wreaths for the first time. #veterans

With yesterday's failed healthcare vote in the Senate, 6th district residents are once again stuck between two bad options: face another damaging shutdown or miss out on critical subsidies because their Congressman won't lift a finger to secure them.

Another day of shocking headlines & heartbreak. I will not forget the faces of Mr. Kirk’s children as they witnessed today’s tragedy. The school children shot today in Colorado are also in my prayers. As a father & a gun owner, it is with a heavy heart that I urge for change. -KM
