Behold, the most beautiful loaf I have made so far 🥳 Crispy bubbly-blistered crust with a crumb that has evenly spaced & evenly sized holes. Not dry, not gummy, and super flavorful. I don't know if I'll ever be able to recreate this or if I just got lucky lmfao

Chicken pasta! I was not jazzed about using jar sauce but one shallot, four cloves of garlic and an ungodly amount of parmesean later - it was v good 🩷
