2/2-Too often, we get caught up in trying to make ripples instead of just being the rock. Rock = purpose; ripples = who/what our missions touch. I don’t think rocks worry much about making waves. They just do. When it comes to our lives I think we could benefit from being a little more like rocks.

1/2 - I recently wrote an encouraging message to a professional group I’m supporting in crafting core messaging that coming up with key narratives that help to define the work of an org is kinda like when a rock hits water and makes ripples.
