I saw that version of the band at an outdoor concert outside New York, opening for Albert King and the Chambers Brothers- unusual booking, but they were good!

I did two spoken word rhyming pieces on my most recent album, one about my great-uncle, The Water Witching Wizard of Springer, New Mexico, and one about Hank Williams and his toupee, so the tradition never left!
