It's given me the ability to help mentor others, finding my voice to speak up, and given me inspiration to build cool things.

Thank you for this. I find myself getting stuck in the fear of repercussions with putting myself out there. I've had a number of people say I should publish my own takes, but I'm consistently stuck in the phase of making sure it is perfect.
