I know I've done 150, anytime I change up my program end up doing the weight from the week before. I actually really like this since I'm given more time to build up strength and push myself on the next one.

Managed 3 reps and then I got in my head about another rep. This week I am adding in dumbell bench press to build up more chest strength and push through this weight.

5x255lb felt really good, I'm getting stronger every lift and I feel that.

Only 2 reps out of the 5 but thats 2 more than I could do before with a 45lb plate. I've been working really hard to get to this point and im just proud I could do any successful reps at this weight. We push on from here 💪

155lbx5 felt strong. I went into this one right after a night shift l. I had missed the gym all last week and going in stupid early is the one way I know works for getting me back on track. Still even being super tired I felt strong 💪
