Had an incredible time at the 11th annual Tampa Bay Underground Film Festival. This year, I was on the board helping with preparations and also hosted the awards show. Looking forward to 2025!

Working on my dessert skills. Paired a Trader Joe’s GF Madeline cookie cake with a pistachio paste and a vanilla whip, topped with slivered almonds and all spice, and a dollop of blackberry preserves. Going to try again with olive oil cake.

First photo was the inspiration, a Sicilian Meatloaf. Last 3 was my execution. It was, in a word, delicious. I will never make another meatloaf ever again. #foodies #chef #italianfood
