It's light, herbal + citrusy, with a touch of saison spice and phenolic notes.

The Nelson Sauvin 4.9% version is also available — the hops have mellowed, but the overall flavour has depended

This version hits hard with juicy apricot flavours, nice bright carbonation and sharp acidity.

This week we’re highlighting two bretted beers: Brett Pils Motueka, 4.8% & Brett Pale Mosaic, Wai-iti, 4.6% — in bottles & kegs.

Both are fermented with Brettanomyces for subtle funk, fruit, and complexity.
