I thought much of Europe had some sort of ban before 5.5 months but w/ generous exceptions? I believe there are 12,000 abortions after 20 weeks in the U.S. and 8,000 are elective so assume 4,000 are risk to mother or fetal abnormalities. After 20 weeks perhaps a social worker should be involved?
