I just got done watching The West by Ken Burns this country has been rooted by nothing but violence. I would recommend that one as well.

I loved that as well. I grew up not allowed to have tv and then once we did get one the content was very controlled. My goal this year is to watch all the classic 80/90’s cult classics at 44 there are so many I have not seen.
