Branding, demand, perception of 'being better' - feels a natural assumption that Lidl's brand isn't as good as Kendamil for example. Organic ingredients, marketing such as 'hungry baby', where it's made, not using some ingredients like palm oil. But nutritionally, they're the same.

just to be clear for any of your followers - it already is the case that all formula must meet the same standards. The changes announced are about communicating to parents that it is the case so they don't think buying more expensive formula is better for their baby. Hopefully will drive down prices

yes being a white woman I accept that I'm likely to not be affected by a judge bias. It's only for rape I'd want a judge-only case. For anything else I'd want a jury.
