The beak, eyes, and feet look to be of an entirely different material. Did you connect them via a skeleton on the inside, or did you glue them on somehow? Sorry for asking so many questions, I'm just very curious :'D. Kingfisher are also one of my favourite birds, so I'm a little extra curious :'D

oh. oh wow. the blending of colours and feather definition?! how did you do that!?! he looks so life like but in a real alive way and not an uncanny way it's just... wow. did you use airbrushing or paint for the shading and definition or how did you manage to pull this off with just wool?
