Let's put it this way, the most fun I've had so far was playing Sabbac. I could have just done with a Sabbac game on mobile or something.

Everything else feels so slow. Stealth is tedious, controls are wonky. It's a very pretty game, but it feels a little dead, like a single player MMO.

I'm about 5-6 hours into SW: Outlaws now and so far, it is the most middling, dull game I think I've ever played in Star Wars franchise history. Hopefully it picks up soon.

I think part of the problem is the open world. You spend a lot of time biking through a vast nothingness to do a fetch quest.

Roko's Basilisk be damned. I don't care if I am going to be first against the wall when the singularity happens, I refuse to try to have a human conversation with a non-sentient appliance. It's just a glorified voice activated option tree with a fake accent.

It's the bullshit like the fake typing noises, all the filler words and empty cordiality, and the try-hard "natural" speaking voice.

Just be honest. Let me know I am talking to a goddamn toaster. I'm not against using AI agents, but I am against pretending it's a person.
