Love Nance, the Mowed Sound, Rosali and anything else related. This is such an underrated record. Been hoping for a new one from Astute Palate for awhile, so glad to see that they’re playing shows.

The 1st season was so perfect that I wanted to savor it like a dessert. Then, for some unknown reason, I never watched the 2nd season. Will have to right this wrong immediately.

Yeah, seeing it in my teens would have been much better. I was 8, so I was way too young to watch a movie where a kid was lost and couldn’t find their way home.

Time Bandits

Been on a mission in the past year to pick up every Groundhogs record I could find. The only one I haven’t found yet is “Solid”. Thank Christ for the Bomb and Split are practically perfect records.

It’s my favorite Pavement record. Has a little of everything: slow jam, country ballad, kraut-rock, punk and lots of shredding. So sprawling, yet a perfect encapsulation of their best stuff.
