There are so many nuances to that role.

Time management, empathy, tough love, negotiation, organization, etc.

Parents with experience running a house should have no problem running a company.

Obsessed people win.

Millennial parents are both the most engaged AND the most distracted parents of the last several generations.

I’m standing here waiting for my kids to get out of school and I look around to see EVERY other parent on their phone.
