Nate, I'm puzzled that no one is even mentioning JuJu Brents anymore. Has he been written off? Are his previous injuries such that he's not expected to ever play, or at least, compete again? Haven't read Brents' name in a lonnnnnnnng time.

I hope it's for a DRASTICALLY reduced salary. He was paid $13.7 million last year and hardly played. He was due $14.75 in cash and a $19.75M cap hit. Not worth it. I hope he will produce next season and justify his salary. Also hope it's performance & playing time based.

I would have liked to see Dayo back. Kelly is definitely past his prime and wasn't worth what the Colts would have had to pay him, especially given his age and likelihood of injuries. But I'm PUMPED at Bynum and Ward signings! This goes a long way toward addressing the Colts' shortcomings.

Nate, the only discussion I saw in the article about surgery was in the beginning when Blackmon decided NOT to get surgery during the season. What did he do after season's end to get the rotator cuff healed? Surgery? Rest? Can such an injury heal itself? Inquiring minds want to know! 🤔

Alie-Cox is praised for his blocking, the same skill the Colts have had trouble with at times from the tackles, primarily when either starter is out.
Would Alie-Cox be a viable tackle? At least a backup?

I have a feeling Ballard's just adapting his excuses to match the pressure he's getting from Irsay & fans. How often does "Oh, please, Honey, don't leave. I promise I'll be better." actually work out? Tigers don't change their stripes, especially ones that readily acknowledge their stubbornness.
