This decision which will surely blow our chances or meeting our 2030 climate commitments for the transport sector. The Indo are reporting the move as great news with projections that we could see 60 million passengers a year passing through Dublin Airport by 2030.

The Business Post seem to have a problem with facing up to the reality that we must wean ourselves off oil and gas asap. It's the fossil fuel industry that are like knotweed, they're stuck into everything, putting short term profits before our children's futures. They will be the death of us all.

Cars are now beginning to encroach ever more on public spaces in urban areas, it's becoming normal to see cars parked on footpaths and grass margins. We've become far too passive about this, as though there's no alternative.
