The Two Jasons starring Jason Bateman and Jason Statham with a surprise cameo by Jason Biggs (from American Pie) was also a favorite of mine. The Breathening was a great horror movie about monsters detecting breaths so you have to hold your breath around them. Really close to A Quiet Place but good
